Scenario editor: No error message when trying to create a scenario with no cells marked #118

When no cells are marked, trying to create a scenario is still possible. This should be intercepted and a proper error message given.

Do you mean an error message should appear when clicking the 'New' Button? Or only when trying to save the scenario.
As far as i can see the latter works

Selecting cells for a new scenario only works before clicking on new. If until then no cells where selected the click on new should give an error
