1. Describe IN DETAIL the feature/behavior/change you would like to see.

We currently use a hardcode S3 bucket kubetest2-kops. We should instead create dynamic ephemeral buckets only for the execution of the test.
This should help finalize the migration to the community infrastructure.

2. Feel free to provide a design supporting your feature request.
