karmor probe: use config map to fetch data

We currently depend on a file created by KubeArmor to extract needed information, but most of the data is exposed my KubeArmor config map now and at the same time other data can be found from generic K8s APIs.

We should try to extract all the needed information without reading the file. Noting we still need the file since KubeArmor in systemd mode can't leverage any config map.
