Right now it isn't possible to interact with whatever one's streaming.

Expected: Clicking in the transparent area, should transfer the click to whatever is beneath.

Might need some complicated P/Invoke to achieve the desired effect.
Should be toggle-able in 'options' menu
Might need a different shortcut, like holding down middle mouse to drag the window.
