rails generate rich:install

when i run this line i got error ,

middleware/stack.rb:35:in `build': undefined method `new' for "Rack::RawUpload":String
Did you mean?  next (NoMethodError)

my gem file is

gem 'rails_admin', '~> 1.2'
gem 'rich'
gem 'carrierwave', '~> 1.0'

could you help me out from this.
