Reolink: Smart Detection support

Hi there, I see that there is the code to support ai/smart detections in the Reolink plugin but it is currently commented out here is there any rational for this? I think it would be useful as the smart detection seems to be accurate and it would allow me to dial down the motion sensitivity which gets triggered a lot where I live due to the wind blowing plants around.

Assuming the api works as intended and there isn't a good reason for it I am happy to add it as a configurable option in a PR. But realistically I wont get to it for a month or so.

Either way thanks for your hard work! I am enjoying Scrypted and looking forward to setting up the NVR when I get a chance
