Cannot download files without extension

When attempting to download files without extension through webdav, I receive a 502 error

Detailed steps to reproduce the bug

1. Upload a filename without extension (e.g. README or Makefile)
2. Notice the conversion can also not work
3. Attempt to download the file
4. 502 is returned

Expected Result

When uploading or downloading an extension-less file, this should work as normal

Actual Result

Uploading gives an error, downloading gives an error.
