InternalWindow can only be resized on bottom/right coordinates.

Alt+F8 and Alt+Drag (and other hotkeys) can have special meaning. Alt+F8, for example, is a hotkey to position and lock the mouse cursor at the bottom-right corner so that users can move the mouse to resize the window without pressing any mouse buttons; Alt+Drag moves the window without having to position the mouse cursor at the window's title bar.

It would be convenient if there was a setting to allow such hotkeys to pass from the main window to the child windows.
