There seems to be a drift in the altitude values reported by the BMP085.
To be investigated.

The bmp085 is very sensitive to temperature changes, it could be that the board is heating up when powered on. Does it still drift after you have it powered on for a few minutes and then power cycle it?

This explains what I tried to say much better: http://www.multiwii.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=4059

I've hooked up a sparkfun BMP085 breakout board to a aruino mega and flashed multiwii and I see a similar drift when it's heating up due to direct sunlight.
