Labels for rank-type question not included in table view #4096

Description

rank-type questions function similarly to select_multiple and should have their labels included in the table view and export.

Steps to Reproduce

survey

type name label
rank pizza_toppings toppings Order pizza toppings with your favorite on top

choices

list_name name label
pizza_toppings cheese Cheese
pizza_toppings pepperoni Pepperoni
pizza_toppings sausage Sausage

ranking.xlsx

Expected behavior

Labels appear in table view for choices.

Actual behavior

Only the choice names are displayed.
