Hello, I bought a new computer, but when I run KH Coder, it crashes and exits at this screen.Could you please let me know if there are any specific software or libraries required for KH Coder to run properly on a new computer?

2. Type "CMD" and press [Enter] key to open "command prompt" window
3. In the "command prompt" window, run the following commands (Copy and paste each line and press [Enter] key)

cd c:\khcoderofficialpackage
.\dep\strawberry-perl-5.22.3.1-32bit-portable\portableshell.bat
perl run.pl

4. Take a screenshot of the "command prompt" window and attach it here

Your username contains Chinese characters. That's the cause of the problem, I think.

So, now my suggestion would be:

1. Uninstall KH Coder
2. Create a new account (username) using English characters only.
3. Log in to the new account, install and launch KH Coder.

(4) uninstall KH Coder
(5) get & install starting edition of KH Coder
(6) report if starting edition of KH Coder runs or not

Whether or not the starting edition starts up may provide a clue to the solution.
