Code for filtering/selecting Topology Zoo networks

Hey there,

would it be possible to provide the code you've used for selecting the Topology Zoo networks of the paper's section 5.5? The instructions of that paper section on how to obtain the 136 topologies are clear, but given the many different components and labels of the TZ networks it might still be interesting to compare to the original code.
