Hi,

I opened the file eset.rds obj<-readRDS(eset.rds) from the github repo Celegans.Tintori.Cello but find that obj@assayData$exprs is not a raw count matrix since the values are not integers. Could you help me check that? I need the raw count matrix to do some computational analysis.
