The Geometry object already exists, but it doesn't really support Geometries right now.

Ideally we'd be able to define a conditional function to describe the geometry of an ElectrostaticPlasma or CollisionlessPlasma

Sort of like: Geometry(x -> x < 0.5 ? 1. : 0.) to specify a spherical geometry with radius 0.5.
