We should add a section in the README that documents how to securely explore (read-only) the FHIR API via the browser.

There are two options for this:

(Short-term / temporary) Add a plugin to your browser that allows you to insert custom headers

User would first get their bearer token from Keycloak
User inserts the Authorization header with Bearer <token> as the value

(Long-term) Setup Arc in front of API to force user authentication before API access
