It's basically where people of the same locality discuss the power cut and things related to specific topics .
Example:- what kind of measures to be taken if any event is being arranged at the time when power cut has been scheduled? .

Discussion panel is discussion domain where all people are allowed to talk to reach to a valid choice. It is basically open for people to give out opinion which can be taken into consideration to undergo a specific change.
