Describe the changes you've made
For 116
Updated the inconsistency of the navbar Welcome name which is on the dashboard page. Also updated the style so that it doesn't look like a nav item.
For 118
Added a success alert message with a slide up animation after user successfully signs up. In order to show this please disable the preloader since it is showing in all pages.
