Speech recognition not working #83

I have a Samsung Galaxy s8, running Android 9. I don't know why, but speech recognition doesn't work. My device doesn't seem to receive any voice, my app didn't even ask permission for the microphone. And there don't seem to be any errors in my code.

I'm on the same situation. I followed the tutorial perfectly but still does not work.
