Add Taskbar and Start Menu

Hey @khang-nd, do you plan to add those in the future? I reckon it's gonna require a lot of work. If you do, I'll add more reference images here.

I actually don't see much use of those 2 components in the context of web dev tbh (could be just my poor experience), but doesn't hurt having them if anyone is interested in making them 🙂

Start Menu Button Hovered		The button on the right when hovered.
Power Button Hovered		The power button when it's hovered.
Power Button Clicked		The power button when it's clicked.
Power Arrow Button Clicked		The arrow button on the right of the power button when it's clicked.
Recent Programme Button Hovered		The buttons on the left when hovered.
Recent Programme Arrow Button Hovered		Self-explanatory.

Taskbar Button Active		Taskbar button when its window is active.
Taskbar Button Inactive		Taskbar button when its window is inactive.

Taskbar Button Pinned Hovered		The pinned taskbar button when it's hovered.
Taskbar Button Attention		The colour of the taskbar button when it wants user's attention. There're also other states for the taskbar button like Progress, Paused, and Error.
Thumbnail Preview Active		The preview thumbnail for a taskbar button when it's hovered and its window is active.
Thumbnail Preview Active Hovered		When the thumbnail itself is hovered and its window is active.
Thumbnail Preview Inactive		The preview thumbnail for a taskbar button when it's hovered and its window is inactive.
Thumbnail Preview Inactive Hovered		When the thumbnail itself is hovered and its window is inactive.

Vouch? Is that how you say it? I guess I want this to be added. I discovered this framework and I'm currently using it to create a webos (yes, you heard that right. I'm making a Windows 7 webos) and I would highly like for these to be added. I'm not really the best at sass so I'm not certain if I can help, but yk i'd enjoy these being in the framework instead of me having to do them myself lol
