Improved functionality for Autism

Hello. I work with people with autism. I'm looking for an app that has the ability to speak text like this but I'm in need of a simple feature. I need the return button to automatically speak the text and then erase it. This way the individual can speak faster and not have to keep looking for the speak button and then clearing all the text before continuing to type. It would be great of these features could be toggled on and off this way people could choose to use this or not. Can you please help. I've written four other people and no one replies or will help.
