Description

Since we moved policy-enforcer to keycloak-client repository, we can consider updating GH repository in the keycloak-client repository and trully move the files including their GH history? The files, which were effectively moved are those removed in this PR keycloak/keycloak#32192 - probably some commit will be needed "on top" of those files as some of them are slightly changed when they were moved from Keycloak repository (especially Java files). Maybe this can be done even if files would be already removed from main branch, as they can be still synced from some older branch or so, but not sure...
