seurat day 2 slide 'Comparison example' - reproducible figure

The qmd currently says source unknown. I think it was a figure I generated programmatically but in doubt, we should write an R script that generates that image:

• import PBMC 1k
• apply a standard lognormalise workflow and store the ggplot
• apply SCT (new default is v2) and store the ggplot
• cowplot the two ggplot into a single figure
