Uploading subtitles and proxy support

Users should be able to contribute with the subtitles hosting services sending translated subtitles and allowing other users to enjoy it.

Proxy support should anonymize uploaders, to protect against some kind of bad organizations ;-)

If you need help implementing upload support for SubDB, let me know. Also, for SubDB there's no need to use proxy since they do not store any user informations.

SubDB API is really good documented, so i think i should have no any problem, but thank you anyway.

Recently i dont have much time to develop Subget but in a few weeks i should start implementing this function.
