NDI 6.1.1 has been released - https://docs.ndi.video/all/developing-with-ndi/sdk/release-notes
The NDI license requires software products to ship with a version that's no more than 30 days old (if there is one), so we'll need to update.
Is there a suggested way to have Unity automatically update the NDI DLL/dylib/so files rather than relying on this project making releases?

I don’t think it’s possible, as NewTek (Vizrt) can change the structure of the SDK without prior notice—this has happened multiple times.
One potential solution is to provide instruction documentation on how to replace the dynamic library files after building the product.
