Issue in Keda with Metric API

I have used below scaled object. Whenever This is getting value from URL and value > target value then its performing scale up and as well as its deleting the same pod.

I'm not sure if I get your question correctly, sorry.

Are you asking why it's killing the same pod or?

Yes Some time .

Some time or constant is a different thing :) Based on config above, it will check every 3s (pollingInterval) and if it needs to scale down it will wait 10s and go to 0 (cooldownPeriod).

It means if I increase cooldown period then it will not killing the pods?
Situation:

1. If current value is always greater than target than it should perform scale up .
