Describe the bug
When a user copies and pastes the .gitignore file inside the repository. It results in it being endlessly commitable.

To reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Launch VisualGit
  2. Create new repo with a .gitignore file (create a new folder and select it as the new repo location)
  3. Go into the folder and create a copy of the .gitignore that is there (CTRL + C then CTRL + V )
  4. Go to VisualGit and commit the change
  5. 4()

Expected behavior / Acceptance criteria

  • copies of the .gitignore must be either ignored or not commitable after the first commit of the copy
