[BUG] Hide hidden folders on Windows

Describe the bug
Users can currently access hidden files and folders in the file explorer in the graph screen. Issue #265 addresses this for unix based systems, as well as any folder beginning with a "." character, but does not work on windows hidden files.

To reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. On a windows machine, open a repository with a hidden file or folder.
2. Navigate to that file on the file explorer on the graph screen
3. . See Hidden file/folder

Expected behavior / Acceptance criteria
Hidden files/folders should not be accessible from the file explorer on graph screen in windows.
