Consider adding auth information to config file instead of reading from environment variables

This is just a structural simplification that makes the deployment process more clear. It's likely just a matter of adding an auth mapping to each database's configuration.

Given the variety of auth methods between databases, it's not immediately clear to me how such a mapping would look--it may be highly database dependent.
