tgpt Backend Support

Hi,
Thank you for this awesome package!

Is it possible to create a backend for the command line program tgpt https://github.com/aandrew-me/tgpt ?
It supports several models without an API key by default.

gptel only supports services or models that you can talk to over http. If tgpt offers an http endpoint it should be possible.
