Is there a way to prevent the plugin from outputting text to the chat when toggling TTS?

Basically, I am trying to read the text myself and having the TTS read it later by toggling the TTS on and off every text box. But every time it's toggled on and off it prints out a message "TTS enabled" and TTS disabled" and I was wondering if there's a way to remove or filter those out? I tried changing my chat box settings to filter out all the channels but it didn't seem to help
