Mouse jumping out of control on a tablet

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Switching it on
2. touching the screen in one place
3. it does it on it's own mainly

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The mouse keeps jumping to random places on the screen or keeps pressing on one 
particular area by itself.

Please provide any additional information below.
Couldn't find any helpful information easily on the internet.
