Support Midi's special "on demand" evaluation of flags for Sources #65

Midi QOL lets you put special macro-like code in the flag values that are evaluated "on demand." e.g.

Add support when showing sources to evaluate these to avoid the awkward example of an effect showing up for both advantage and disadvantage.
