An error occured when unziping

Hello

I bought yesterday the extension to zip the backup files...
When i try to unzip have an error message "an error occured"

Please help to solve.

I am not sure, I assume that the zip file has been corrupted during the upload to Dropbox or the download to your computer.

Does it happen every time?

I don't know where's the problem. I'm on Ubuntu 12.10 if i unzip with command all is ok.... but not by gui
