Our Question

Has the distribution of rental landlord types changed over the past 20 years in Australia?

Preface

We have chosen to investigate the change in distribution of rental landlord types in Australia because we believe it is important to understand and study the importance of socioeconomic characteristics of different tenants.

This project was completed as part of the University of Western Australia CITS2402 (Introduction to Data Science) Practical Assignment, Semester 2, 2023. It was developed using CoCalc and has been retroactively uploaded to GitHub.
