How to use the rabbit hole link in a customized graph

I want to create a daily report project, that do those process daily: 1. Crawl information from given source (like new papers, news and my social media timeline) 2. convert them to mystmd 3. put them together to build a github page.

I have found that extracting a llm embedding for each information, then reranking and clustering them in the final pages would be helpful for reading.
But the clustering map is on the top of page, and I need to scroll up often to check it and see it.
So I'm wondering is there any way to build a myst page graph that:

1. Putted alongside in the secondary bar, and keeping in the screen when scroll up and down like the toc.
2. Each node of the graph is a hyperlink to a section
3. When hover on a node, there would be a popup preview to show the section, like some usual reference in the text.
4. When we scroll up and down, the highlight of the node is changing corresponding to the section we current viewing
