If the user spams ctrl+t really fast, sometimes too many tabs can be created.
If too many tabs are restored from an old session, they should not be closed for the sake of not loosing important tabs. I have not found a way to completely differentiate this from when the user spams ctrl+t. However, in most cases, the code still works.
