Pool tags/labels, for faction, healing, linked/challenges

Mostly for organizational purposes, to help with searching.
Currently thinking will add a new tags table, and then link those by pool id so you can have multiple tags per pool. Maybe a more rigid structure would make sense depending on what all the use cases are.

For linked pools - maybe a way to order the pools? that's probably a little too prescriptive and I can't think of how it would help automate anything...unless it was a button like "pool depleted, would you like to roll the next one?"
