Torrent Providers that have issues

• http://www.dailytvtorrents.org/ is permanently offline so it needs to be removed
• http://publichd.se/index.php no longer exists
• http://fucklimits.org/ no longer exists

I'm working on adding some new ones and the custom RSS feeds issue #171 which will come in a separate pull request shortly, but for now those 3 need to be removed

As you may have noticed or heard torrentshack.net was recently closed down and the domain was given up. With some changes to the staff and a change of domain we are back again.
