FF7 via 7th Heaven occasionally crashes on first movement in field in new area

Hello team, FF7 via 7th Heaven occasionally crashes on first movement in field in new area, hoping for some advice on how to resolve. Seems to be a bit random, by restarting the game via 7th Heaven will work, but then may randomly happen entering a new area later on. Have uploaded the log in full.
