This request takes about 160ms because I only have a few bundles and charms. https://api.jujucharms.com/charmstore/v5/list?owner=hatch

However this one takes over 3s and they have about 40 charms and bundles. https://api.jujucharms.com/charmstore/v5/list?owner=openstack-charmers-next

This is after some investigation of this issue: https://github.com/CanonicalLtd/blues_browser/issues/1829 looking for ways which the request can be improved. But it looks like even the base request takes 50% of the total time to start.
