GCCLibrarian is incorrectly set to $(MSLinkExe).
I think there needs to be an alternatve configuration option to configure the path to "ar.exe" instead.

Thanks for reporting, and sorry for taking a long time to react to this, it had slipped my email notifications - perhaps it could be added as a linker dropdown setting like: Linker: {Visual Studio Linker, MinGW Linker, Clang Linker}, or similar? I understand Clang should be compatible with each of these?
