Will like to fix issue - "Contact Form Not Accepting Responses" #318

The contact form on our website is currently not accepting any responses. When users attempt to submit the form, they receive an error message, and the submission fails to process. I want to modify the code so that The form should successfully submit the user's information and display a confirmation message indicating that the submission was successful.
