Pick up automatically the plugins and install it based on the release-it configuration

Based on the feedback from @webpro on the issue #16.

Pick up from the known file configurations available to release-it https://github.com/release-it/release-it/blob/main/docs/configuration.md?plain=1.

Acceptance Criteria

• Accept values already available including package.json
• Accept values if it is sent as a configuration file in the header

Mental note... All the conditions are fairly easy, but when it is passed as --config path/release-it.json then I need to read the command during the execution of the container.
