Investigate and documents approach to add npm registry and other additional configuration

Based on the feedback from @webpro on the issue #16.

The tool already accepts any new environmental variable which can contain details for the npm registry or any registry, similar to how GitHub or GitLab tokens are passed during its execution.

However, to improve user experience, how can this facilitate this onboarding.
