Not Working on Version: 7.6.1 #3

I just downloaded the 7 zip file and put the files like the path said and i put the verifyemail.php on the root of the store but when i try to access it said 404 error but the page is in the root public_html where whmcs is installed.

Can you give me some steps to put this working ?

the verifyemail.php should be inside your whmcs root installation.
