What functionalities do these changes effect? Why were these changes made? What was the motivation behind these changes?
This updates our whole apps look and functionality. Much cleaner design and lets user access what the need much easier than the past design
What outside features or research did you use to implement this fix?

How should this be tested?
Run your local server and open localhost port 8080 and view the new design. Test that each chart and graph work as intended.
