Errors with basic null-ls setup

I'm getting the below error with a very basic null-ls setup. My neovim version is v0.8.0-dev+41-g2caf5bbbc.
Am I missing something, or did I misconfigure something?

So I uninstalled neovim, removed ~/.local/share/nvim as suggested in the issue you linked, and then reinstalled neovim.
Null-LS doesn't throw the error anymore, but it seems that now my TreeSitter syntax highlighting, LSP and Null-LS are not working at all for some reason. It's quite odd, I can see syntax highlighting in the Telescope preview window, but not when I'm looking at a buffer directly. I did see treesitter download all the language parsers on first startup after clearing out the folder.

If I check :LspInfo in a lua file, I can see that no LSP client is attached for sumneko_lua, this worked before removing the folder above. The same thing goes for Null-LS, :NullLsInfo says that current buffer has no sources attached, though I've configured stylua for lua formatting.

My configs are here in case a more experienced eye would see what the problem is.

I don't think this is really a null-ls issue at this point, but did you try running :PackerSync after deleting the folder? I can't really offer much help beyond that, though.

@altosys Instead of giving us your whole config, try to privide reproduction steps using this minimal config, it is hard to help if others can't reproduce your issue

I managed to get it sorted out, it was a deprecated setting for treesitter that made everything go boom.
