upgrading to ruby 2.4.x breaks gem

Get a KeyError (key not found: :ciphers) error. Known issue on older versions of rest_client. Need to upgrade to version 2.0.

I believe I ended up swapping out my gem to https://github.com/mailgun/mailgun-ruby. If I remember correctly didn’t need to reimplement a new interface, no need to rewrite code.
