Could you upgrade this Project to MAUI?
Xamarin is outdated.

Is there anything blocking you right now ?

This project uses the native approach and not MAUI. MAUI is like Xamarin.Forms and this project was never about Xamarin.Forms.

As you can see there, this project stops and the number "3" and does not go to number "1".
