DigiChemTools

A series of simple tools to assist with Digital Chemistry and Chemical Automation

Prerequisites

For QR Generation, the tools use the segno library

  pip install segno

Installation

Simply clone the repository into a local folder and run the python scripts

  mkdir DigiChemTools
  git clone https://github.com/johnnypipey/DigiChemTools.git

Example:

  cd DigiChemTool/Tools
  CreateReagent.py
